Returns
Monvierre Collective accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by any promotional items or gifts included with the order. If promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for size or style within the same 30-day return window, subject to product availability.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, starting from the day you receive the item.
Once you notify us within the 14-day period, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Monvierre Collective is not responsible for items lost in transit
- Monvierre Collective may provide prepaid return labels at our discretion for eligible returns
Return Address
Approved returns should be sent only after receiving authorization from our support team.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
